The entertainment field has been a major platform for my growth and a gauntlet of problems. I've been successful and i've been burned out. I've been mentored and mistreated. I've worked insane hours, lost track of my peace and health alongside moments of pure joy and the intense satisfaction of co-creating art and entertainment.

A deep dive into coaching and holistic has taught me how to discover my strengths, values, patterns, and challenges, and how to guide others through this healing. I have found more confidence, more balance, and way more peace. This coaching practice is a full circle sharing and exchange of all of this.
